The Geography department at Vyners School is very strong with consistent results above national average. In 2023, 85 students took Geography at GCSE and 65% achieved Level 9-4, with 55% achieving grades 9 – 5.  At A-level, with a cohort of 15, 67% achieved A*-B, with 87% achieving A*-C.

Vyners is a very popular and oversubscribed mixed eight form entry, 11-18 comprehensive school, situated in a pleasant residential area in North West London, bordering Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.    We have a track record of real success at all Key Stages.  In 2023 , 82% of students achieved grades 9-4 in both English and Maths at GCSE and we are consistently ranked in the top 20% of all maintained schools nationally for progress measures and attainment.   At A-Level 29% of all grades were A* - A and 54% A* - B.   The school converted to academy status on 1 November 2011 and is part of the Vanguard Learning Trust which also includes one other secondary and three primary schools.
