An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR (Reception, School Office, HR and WRL). The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the school office, HR, Work Related Learning (WRL) program and front of house activities, including two days per week at Reception. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced, confident and proactive candidates who wish to develop their office experience. Previous experience of working in a school office environment is desirable but not essential.
Vyners is a very popular and oversubscribed mixed eight form entry, 11-18 comprehensive school, situated in a pleasant residential area in North West London, bordering Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We have a track record of real success at all Key Stages. The school converted to academy status on 1 November 2011 and is part of the Vanguard Learning Trust which also includes one other secondary and three primary schools.
We are well known for high academic standards, good behaviour, and our strong community spirit including a strong house system with students leading their peers. “Pupils have a positive attitude towards their work and enjoy learning” (Ofsted 2019). Many students are involved in extracurricular sport, music and drama, performing at a high level including prestigious public events and performing in our own school productions.

- A good general level of education with experience of playing an integral part of a small team.
- Proved IT skills and computer literacy.
- A good sense of humour and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter, capable of working to deadlines and be able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Exhibit resourcefulness, resilience and initiative.
