SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR, (HR, WRL & School Office)
Salary: £8,191pa (2 days, 15.5 hrs a week)
Hours: 8.00am – 4.15pm (Job Share role - term time plus 5 INSET days)

On a job share basis, an exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR (HR, WRL and School Office) for two days a week. The successful applicant will provide an efficient administrative service, supporting HR, School Office, front of house activities and the delivery of the Work Related Learning (WRL) program. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced, confident and proactive candidates who wish to develop their office experience. Previous experience of working in a school office environment is desirable but not essential.
Vyners is a very popular and oversubscribed mixed eight form entry, 11-18 comprehensive school, situated in a pleasant residential area in North West London, bordering Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We have a track record of real success at all Key Stages. The school converted to academy status on 1 November 2011 and is part of the Vanguard Learning Trust which also includes one other secondary and three primary schools.
We are well known for high academic standards, good behaviour, and our strong community spirit including a strong house system with students leading their peers. “Pupils have a positive attitude towards their work and enjoy learning” (Ofsted 2019). Many students are involved in extracurricular sport, music and drama, performing at a high level including prestigious public events and performing in our own school productions.
