Change to Policy on holding student medication in school

Please see letter attached.  If the School needs to hold medication for your child, this may only be administered if we have received a completed consent form (in the agreed format) and the medication is supplied in its original container (with doseage instructions and an expiry date clearly marked).

Parents who have already supplied medication should complete and return a new consent form and check that the medication supplied is compliant with the new policy.
